Frazier Rehab Institute offers nationally recognized brain injury, spinal cord, and stroke recovery rehab programs accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Rehab Facilities (CARF). Our research collaborations include the University of Louisville. We are a national leader in rehabilitation services, with programs like EMERGE for severe traumatic brain injuries and locomotor training for post spinal cord injury patients.

ResponsibilitiesJob Summary
As a Rehabilitation RN, you will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to optimize patient outcomes. Your role involves developing and implementing care plans for rehabilitation, focusing on trauma, brain injury, spinal cord, respiratory care, and chronic conditions.
You will work to restore function of major organs and systems in partnership with the medical and therapy teams.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current KY RN licensure or compact license with privileges in Kentucky
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (may be required for specific clinical areas)

- Bachelor’s Degree
