Overview
Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager for one of its non-profit clients in Louisville, Kentucky. This role will be fully remote but travel to Lexington, Kentucky will be required for events so need someone in the surrounding area. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Program Manager will be responsible for the local implementation and delivery of the client's signature programs.
The Program Manager will work with the Executive Director to evaluate program performance and ensure activities are aligned with the overall strategic plan. This person may also work in collaboration with regional leadership and development staff in fundraising efforts, so strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Oversee program coordination, program marketing and communications, and program delivery, tracking and metrics
- Work in collaboration with, Executive Directors, development, and program staff to secure funding for local programs by assisting with grant proposals.
- Assist with local expansion strategies, by increasing community and corporate partnerships
- Assist with social media content creation to promote programs via Facebook and other platforms
- Plan local social events- manage logistics of getting event up and running
- Produce local reports on programs performance and provide feedback to management
- Assist with the local program budget
- All candidates must have reliable personal computer or laptop to use while on assignment
- 1-3+ years of experience as a Program Manager within the nonprofit industry
- Experience managing project budgets, securing new funding opportunities, and creating sponsorship proposals
- Experience overseeing program coordination, program marketing and communications, and program delivery, tracking and metrics
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, time-management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's in health-related or social services field, business, communications or similar field
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud software experience
- Nonprofit Fundraising experience with social media content promotion
- Experience in grant proposal writing and securing new funding opportunities through grants
