- Read and interpret measurements using a standard tape measure.
- Execute basic math calculations for accurate fabrication.

- Welding
Skills:
Must demonstrate proficiency in welding and pass a welding test. - Mechanical Aptitude:
Strong ability to understand and work with mechanical system and tools. - Measurement and Math
Skills:
Ability to read a standard tape measure, perform basic math calculations, and read/write effectively. - Work Environment Adaptability:
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with moderate to loud noise levels. - Aluminum Welding Experience (preferred):
Prior experience with aluminum welding is a plus. - Relatable Experience (preferred):
Completion of welding classes or prior welding experience is a plus.

1st Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Mon-Thurs, 4 10-hour shifts.
2nd Shift: 5:00pm - 3:30am, Mon-Thurs, 4 10-hour shifts.
Weekend Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm, Fri-Sun, 3 12-hour shifts (work 36 hours get paid for 40)
