We are seeking an Operations Manager, who will be responsible for leading manufacturing operations across our Louisville and Bethel sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production aligned with LEAN Manufacturing, 5S, and Trajan's values. This role partners closely with Global Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Product teams to deliver strong customer outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end ownership of sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery performance across U.S. operations.
- Directly manage multiple manufacturing sites, including cost control, productivity, and capital investments.
- Develop, implement, and sustain LEAN manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and manage operational KPIs focused on throughput, cycle time, yield, safety, quality, and cost.
- Lead technology transfer, production scale-up, and global process integration initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering and Quality to transition new products from development into validated, scalable production.
- Oversee ERP-supported production planning, scheduling, and work order execution.
- Ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001.
- Lead automation, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects to support current and future demand.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing operations and engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing multi-product manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated success leading teams across direct and indirect reporting lines.
- Strong background in LEAN Manufacturing and data-driven process improvement.
- Experience with new product introduction and manufacturing scale-up.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
