Dry Food Packaging Operator; First Shift

Shift: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $22.45 an hour + $0.25 shift differential

We are hiring for a Machine Operator in the Dry Mix Department to help package ingredients to make biscuits at our Louisville, KY facility. You will report to the department Team Lead.

Our Company and location details below reflect the role you would perform.

• Operate all different machines and equipment with safety as the top priority.
• Inspect bagged product and help monitor case packer operation; support Forklift Operator in loading totes onto the tote elevator.
• Complete quality checks and documentation; observe standard work and operate equipment within Quality expectations (code dates, packaging materials, product standard, metal detector checks).
• Read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and Conagra's policies.
• Be aware of food safety risks and escalate found risks to the lead/supervisor.
• Perform all assigned cleaning and preventative maintenance responsibilities.

• 1-2 years machine operating experience (ideal).
• Knowledge of GMPs and safety (ideal).
• The ability to understand basic machine operations and settings.
• Physical ability: lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 10 pounds as applicable.
