The Impact You’ll Make

We have an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our diverse team in Louisville. The candidate in this role will help maintain/troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment throughout operation. The hours for this position are 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday thru Friday.

What You’ll Be Doing Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Monitors & trouble shoots Presses daily
Provide line support for the assembly cell
Assist in the daily activities of implementing process changes and problem solving on the shop floor
Maintain facility
Repair of machines used in production including replacing hydraulic hoses and leaks, replacing lube blocks, valves, belts, cylinders, seals.
Electrical repair includes replacing switches, solenoids, cooling fans, fuses relays and contractors.

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

High School Diploma, 1-year experience industrial maintenance.
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand)
Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics
Outstanding safety record and approach to behavioral based safety using proper PPE are requirements
