We have an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our diverse team in Louisville. The candidate in this role will help maintain/troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment throughout operation. The hours for this position are 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday thru Friday.
What You’ll Be Doing Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:- Monitors & trouble shoots Presses daily
- Provide line support for the assembly cell
- Assist in the daily activities of implementing process changes and problem solving on the shop floor
- Maintain facility
- Repair of machines used in production including replacing hydraulic hoses and leaks, replacing lube blocks, valves, belts, cylinders, seals.
- Electrical repair includes replacing switches, solenoids, cooling fans, fuses relays and contractors.
- High School Diploma, 1-year experience industrial maintenance.
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand)
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics
- Outstanding safety record and approach to behavioral based safety using proper PPE are requirements
