Shop Associate / Delivery Driver – Louisville, KY

Kinkelder USA, a leader in high‑quality circular Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) and High‑Speed Steel (HSS) saw blades, is hiring a self‑motivated shop associate who will also drive customer orders.

• Inspect incoming saw blades for damage, wear, and other issues
• Operate machinery and equipment to sharpen and repair saw blades
• Perform routine maintenance on sharpening equipment
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Assist with daily shipping/receiving, inventory management, and ordering of supplies
• Make local and regional customer pick‑up and deliveries when needed
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service to address any inquiries or concerns
• Meet all company policies, procedures, and instructions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift minimum 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Can‑do work attitude
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
• Good communication skills
