** Job Summary  This shift is nights 6pm-6am
** The Business Unit Leader oversees a production area at Stellar Snacks, making sure everything runs safely, smoothly, and on time. This person leads a team, helps solve problems, and ensures products meet quality standards. In addition to managing daily operational tasks, the Business Unit Leader is responsible for training and developing team members, partnering with HR on training programs, and entering inventory information into ERP systems to keep records accurate.

- ** What You’ll Do**
* ** Keep Things Safe and Compliant**  + Make sure everyone follows safety rules and food safety guidelines.  + Fix and report any safety or quality issues right away.
* ** Run the Production Area**  + Help the team hit daily production goals.  + Make sure products meet customer and company standards.  + Work with maintenance and quality teams to keep equipment running and products on spec.
* ** Train and Develop the Team**  + Teach new team members how to do their jobs.  + Track training progress and make sure everyone learns the right skills.  + Support supervisors and leads in coaching their teams.  + Partner with HR to roll out training programs and review progress for new hires and current employees.
* ** Manage Inventory**  + Enter inventory data into ERP systems accurately and on time.  + Help track materials and finished goods to keep production flowing.  + Understand shipping schedule and support with on time delivery
* ** Lead and Support People**  + Motivate your team and keep everyone focused on goals.  + Communicate clearly about what needs to be done and why.  + Help create a positive and respectful work environment.
* ** Improve How We Work**  + Look for ways to make processes better and more efficient.  + Share ideas and help implement improvements.
* ** Stay Organized**  + Keep accurate records of production and training.  + Make sure supplies and resources are available for the team.  + Set up work stations with supplies and equipment---## Qualifications
** What We’re Looking For
*** High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
* MUST be Bilingual is Spanish
* Some experience in food manufacturing or production (leadership experience is required).
* Comfortable using computers (Word, Excel, email); ERP experience is a plus.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Willing to learn and grow into a leadership role.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

*** Able to stand and move around for most of the shift.
* Lift up to 50–70 lbs when needed.
* Work in a warm environment with some noise and allergens.
* Available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
