Description
2nd Shift. Monday through Thursday 5:00pm - 3:30am

- You are an experienced welder with a strong grasp of production flow.
- You are comfortable working with Plant Leadership to execute and achieve the goals for your department.
- You keep safety a top priority and make sure your team understands and follows proper procedures and techniques.
- You are an effective communicator who likes working with a diverse team.
- You are a problem solver who enjoys working with others.
- Executing the Production Plan set by Plant Leadership.
- Interpreting standard production drawings and job specifications to ensure your team executes builds successfully.
- Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and quality of output.
- Trouble shoot repairs needed for equipment and/or defective materials.
- Supervise safety of all employees and machine/tool usage.
- Train and develop your team members.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Focus on building product.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery.
- Familiarity with basic math and measurements.
