Description

2nd Shift. Monday through Thursday 5:00pm - 3:30am

  • You are an experienced welder with a strong grasp of production flow.
  • You are comfortable working with Plant Leadership to execute and achieve the goals for your department.
  • You keep safety a top priority and make sure your team understands and follows proper procedures and techniques.
  • You are an effective communicator who likes working with a diverse team.
  • You are a problem solver who enjoys working with others.
Tasks/Responsibilities
  • Executing the Production Plan set by Plant Leadership.
  • Interpreting standard production drawings and job specifications to ensure your team executes builds successfully.
  • Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and quality of output.
  • Trouble shoot repairs needed for equipment and/or defective materials.
  • Supervise safety of all employees and machine/tool usage.
  • Train and develop your team members.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Focus on building product.
Requirements Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery.
  • Familiarity with basic math and measurements.
