INVENTORY CONTROL COORDINATOR - 3rd Shift - Louisville, KY
* * Shift hours = 11 PM to 7 AM
* OVERVIEW:

The Inventory Control Coordinator ensures the inventory on hand is accurately recorded, managed on a FIFO basis, and meets all quality requirements. The inventory coordinator must be a detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills. The ability to work in an ERP system, and with multiple teams is a must to ensure the accuracy of inventory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts on raw ingredients.
* Research and correct inventory discrepancies found during cycle counts.
* Review and reconcile canning production and labeling jobs daily, resolve discrepancies, and close work orders promptly.
* Ensure materials for production runs are staged, available, and in good quality condition.
* Ensure inventory is organized and is used on a FIFO basis.
* Identify, research, communicate, and process any shortages and issues.
* Identify products that are aged or quality compromised, work with QA to review and assess, and disposition products as necessary.
* Audit all inventory transactions and report inventory variances.
* Research and correct inventory discrepancies found during cycle counts.
* Assist in leading the annual physical inventory count.
* Drive a forklift as needed.
* Support other areas as needed.

WHAT YOU

NEED TO HAVE :
* High School Diploma or GED.
* 2+ years of working in a warehouse, production line, or inventory control position.
* Experience with ERP systems a plus
* Proficient in MS Excel and other MS products
