Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to supervise and support maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, troubleshooting automated assembly equipment, supporting preventive maintenance programs, and leading maintenance personnel to ensure safe and efficient production operations.

• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance personnel supporting assembly and production equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Program, troubleshoot, and document PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Modicon)
• Interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot control and power circuits
• Work with 24V, 115V, 277V, and 480V three-phase electrical systems, including switch gear and bus systems
• Develop, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for production and facility equipment
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production, engineering, and quality teams
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards, including lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and PPE
• Support capital projects related to equipment upgrades and improvements
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to maintenance staff
• Support overtime, weekend work, and on-call needs as required
• Travel for training as needed (overnight stays possible)

• 5–8 years of maintenance leadership or senior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in preventive maintenance systems and controls
• Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
• Solid understanding of production equipment and manufacturing processes
• Experience working in lean manufacturing environments
