Job Description

We are seeking a skilled fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating components and parts for prestressed concrete structures. You will also use material handling equipment and assist with housekeeping and other duties as needed. A willingness to learn TIG and other forms of welding/fabricating is essential.

• Fabricate components and parts for prestressed concrete structures.
• Operate material handling equipment effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment through regular housekeeping.
• Assist with various duties as required by daily tasks.
• Learn and apply TIG and other welding/fabricating techniques.

• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Hands-on fabricating experience.
• MiG welding skills.
• Basic fitting experience.
• TIG welding experience.

• Experience with TIG welding is highly valued.

This position operates primarily in a hot, indoor shop environment. Expect to be extremely busy during the summer months, with slightly reduced hours during the winter. Be prepared to work longer hours during peak seasons as we continue to experience high demand for our services.

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Louisville, KY.
