Overview
The Regional Manager of Field Operations works closely with the VP of Field Operations and Strategic Initiatives and leadership to deploy and implement strategic clinical systems, ensure the branches are operationally efficient, and ensure patients are provided with the highest level of customer service. The position works with regional leadership to ensure his/her region(s) are meeting company expectations for organizational business metrics and following company operational practices and procedures.
Responsibilities- Oversees field operations
- Supports system implementation for acquisitions and branch growth strategies
- First line of HCHB and Field Operations support for the branches in his/her region(s) and/or branches supported during an implementation
- Partners with operational leadership to ensure core business metrics are sustained for assigned region(s). Alerts VP of Field Operations and Strategic Initiatives to critical situations within the branches
- Delivers training sessions with client end-users/superusers, including Web Ex training sessions, super user training, onsite training
- Assists VP of Field Operations and Strategic Initiatives in process creation and documentation of processes and disseminates information to the branches
- Ensures compliance with rules, regulations, and policies within all local, state, and federal governing agencies as well as company policies and procedures
- Provides daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as requested
- Manages special projects as requested
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Three or more years of experience in Healthcare related field
- Homecare Homebase experience preferred
- Ability to work some nights/weekends and provides night/weekend on call as needed
- Knowledge of Hospice and Home Health rules, regulations, and CoPs preferred
- Project Management certification a plus but not required
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as member of a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Detail- and deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Able to follow written processes
- Flexible and responsive to changing business needs
- Fluent competence in computer/smart phone navigation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point
