Position OverviewThe DSM is responsible for driving sales, operational excellence, and people development across up to 13 retail locations in the Louisville, KY market. You will work closely with the Director of Sales & Operations to build a disciplined, motivated, high‑performing district that delivers results with integrity and consistency.

What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and develop up to 13 high‑performing retail stores (all within close driving distance).
- Build a disciplined, humble, motivated team that stays aligned, focused, and hungry for results.
- Drive district growth by maximizing sales performance, conversions, HSI, BTS, accessories sales, and overall profitability.
- Implement processes, structure, and accountability to ensure operational excellence every single day.
- Maintain full compliance with Metro by T‑Mobile and Go Wireless policies, procedures, and standards.
- Recruit, hire, and retain top‑tier talent—especially fresh, energetic, coachable candidates ready to grow.
- Build a strong culture founded on respect, teamwork, discipline, openness, and integrity.
- Hold teams accountable through consistent coaching, development, and performance management.
- Analyze district performance, identify gaps, and execute strategic action plans to close them quickly.
- Partner with internal teams on training, operations, and development to strengthen the market.
- Lead by example in professionalism, work ethic, and customer experience.
- 2–5 years of multi‑unit management experience with a proven track record of driving sales and operational success.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, discipline, and inspire teams.
- High level of personal integrity, humility, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, people management, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to analyze results, strategize, and execute quickly.
- Solid computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- High school diploma required.
- Competitive pay: $55,000 – $80,000 base salary
- Uncapped commissions, bonuses, and SPIFFs (earn as much as you drive)
