We are seeking an experienced Operations General Manager to oversee staff, budgets, and overall business operations. General Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve operational efficiency and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Establish and achieve business goals and performance targets
• Deliver exceptional service to clients, partners, or stakeholders
• Manage all staff including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management
• Foster an open and collaborative work environment that values feedback and continuous improvement
• Develop and manage annual budgets including payroll and operating costs
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support business initiatives and goals
• Maintain high standards of workplace organization, presentation, and professionalism

• Perform other duties as assigned
