We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Assistant Community Manager to help lead day-to-day operations, support our leasing efforts, and deliver outstanding resident experiences. This is more than a job—it’s a career opportunity with stability, growth, and a supportive team environment.

• Support hiring, training, and scheduling of team members
• Assist with daily office operations and resident relations
• Maintain occupancy and manage delinquency
• Execute leasing and marketing strategies to attract residents
• Oversee purchase orders and invoice processing
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs and concerns
• Apply proven leasing techniques to maximize occupancy

• 1+ year of multi-family property management experience (leadership experience preferred)
• Strong leasing, marketing, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Entrata experience a plus)
• Positive, solutions-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment
