Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Coordinate all Human Resources and payroll functions for the Maintenance division.
- Ensure adequate supply of all necessary office supplies and access to all required forms (paper or digital).
- Maintain all departmental records for required time period, including ride inspections and maintenance, training forms and other maintenance documents.
- Coordinate all purchase information, including completing purchase orders, placing orders and following up as necessary, ensuring orders are received as ordered, and processing invoices for payment.
- Work with Director to maintain spare parts inventory.
- Review all submitted work orders and distribute to appropriate technician for completion. Follow up as necessary to ensure completion in a timely manner.
- Maintain business relationships with vendors, suppliers, utility companies, and counterparts at other amusement facilities and contact or meet with as necessary for purchases and/or information exchange.
- Order and approve purchases for bulk fuel and chemicals as necessary.
- Order and distribute uniforms, rugs, and flags as necessary.
- Monitor water outflow meters and other equipment as necessary.
- Manage executed agreements for compliance.
- Work with Assistant to General Manager to build out contracts if necessary (e.g., contractor does not provide) and meet/follow up with contractors as requested.
- Submit paperwork for and manage all required permits (e.g., FAA, Department of Agriculture, Fish & Wildlife).
- Coordinate replacement of door handles, locks, and cores throughout the park as necessary.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by Director.

- Ability to consistently meet park and HFE standards.

Job Requirements
- Participation in all required training sessions
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint as well as the ability to learn new software as necessary.
- Ability to tolerate noise and stress to accommodate assisting large numbers of customers.
- Ability to pass background and drug screen as necessary.
- Professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
- Physical ability to sit for extended periods, walk and stand for short periods, bend, sit and squat occasionally, and tolerate extreme weather conditions occasionally.
- Minimum two years clerical experience.
