Cleaning Technician at Office Pride is a faith‑based commercial cleaning company located in Louisville, KY. The position is full‑time and requires a reliable candidate who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our client facilities.

The Cleaning Technician is responsible for sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting restrooms, handling waste disposal, and reporting maintenance or safety hazards. The role requires the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and follow all safety protocols.

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring supplies are stocked and well‑maintained.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling activities in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and public spaces.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment inventory and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and hazard‑free workplace.

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Preferably live 15‑20 minutes from the job site.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning protocols.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation techniques and safe use of chemicals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members.

$15.00 – $25.00 per hour
