• clean resident rooms and shared spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens
• maintain a safe and sanitary environment following all health and safety guidelines
• perform laundry tasks and assist with inventory control for linens and cleaning supplies
• identify and report maintenance concerns or room issues promptly
• maintain a clean and organized work area
• support a respectful, service-focused environment across all areas of the community

• at least one year of housekeeping or related experience preferred
• strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness
• ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service
• dependability, professionalism, and teamwork
• basic math and inventory skills
• successful completion of prescreening hiring requirements
