• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: At least one month of related experience or training.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk the property frequently, climb stairs and ladders, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally handle heavier loads.

• Regulatory Compliance: Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Light Maintenance Support: Assist with preparing vacant apartments and completing basic maintenance work orders.
