Housekeeping Associate – Genesis Health Clubs (Louisville, KY)

Pay: $13 – $15 per hour (based on experience and shift)

Genesis Health Clubs is hiring a Housekeeping Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and guests. This position is essential in upholding the facility’s standards and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits.

• Clean and sanitize gym equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and high-traffic areas
• Sweep, dust, vacuum, and mop assigned facility spaces
• Restock towels, soap, tissue, and other supplies
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of waste areas
• Greet members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Support overall facility cleanliness and safety standards

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and positive work ethic
• Comfortable engaging with members and staff in a professional manner
• Passion for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Lift up to 35 pounds as needed
• Comfortable using cleaning products and tools
