Leading manufacturing company in Louisville, KY, is hiring for an HR Generalist who has a background in manufacturing and is well-versed in benefits to administer benefits to employees and explain them.

• Responsibilities: Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, and general human resources activities, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources and familiarity with federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Payroll and HRIS systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
