Litigation Mid-Senior Level Associate

A law firm seeks a motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join its Louisville, KY office. The successful candidate will engage in sophisticated litigation matters from commencement to resolution, contributing to a premier practice.

• Manage litigation on a day-to-day basis.
• Draft pleadings and substantive motions.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Gather relevant information from clients.
• Defend and take fact witness depositions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve client objectives.

• 3-6 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Kentucky and in good standing.
• Judicial clerkship experience is highly desired.

• Excellent academic credentials.

• Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to draft and argue motions and briefs.
