**** Baptist Health is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their team in Louisville.
** Provides legal counsel and services to Baptist Healthcare System, Inc. management and provides legal services for Baptist Healthcare System, Inc. and its affiliated companies as assigned by the Chief Legal & Regulatory Affairs Officer.
** Qualifications
* ** Doctorate degree with ten years' experience.
* Experience with Complex healthcare transactions, acquisitions, joint ventures, interactions with government agencies, analyzing and advising on Stark, anti-kickback, tax exempt and other relevant legal and regulatory compliance requirements applicable to healthcare transactions.
* Licensure by the Commonwealth of Kentucky or licensed in another state or eligible for licensure in Kentucky and membership in the Kentucky Bar Association
