Business Litigation Attorney

The firm is hiring an Attorney for their Business Litigation division to work on a wide range of complex litigation matters for their diverse client base.

Position offers amazing bonus structure at 1800 billables, benefits and the ability to train under talented Partners.

• Represent clients in all phases of business litigation, including pre‑trial investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Develop and implement case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Assist with case management and supervision of support staff.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Kentucky Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing business litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and professionalism.
