Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic
Position based at the Epic campus in Madison, WI. Relocation to the area is required; we recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various potential risk areas, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry.

Requirements- COVID-19 vaccination
- Relocation to Madison, WI is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills
- Strong academic and professional background
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
