• Support general corporate operations: drafting announcements, filing documents, maintaining corporate records, preparing minutes, and coordinating presentations.
• Manage litigation: coordinate with outside counsel, track claims, handle subpoenas, facilitate discovery, negotiate settlements, and attend ADR as needed.
• Advise on regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with employee‑related legal issues, including internal investigations and responses to EEOC or OCR claims.
• Other legal support duties as assigned.

• JD with 1–2 years of legal experience (healthcare law preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using technology.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with management and employees.
