* Collaborate with Product Owners, Source system stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements. Prepare comprehensive business and technical documentation, including data mapping documents, use case documents Analyze to provide actionable insights, recommended process improvements, and supported implementation of approved changes. Should have Experience in database data querying Able to Participate in Agile Ceremonies for story grooming, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.

Should Collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders. Document business process and workflows, obtain sign off on specifications, and ensure alignment with core Business group. Strong domain expertise in healthcare and compliance, including HEDIS and CMS Stars programs.

Salary Range $100,000-$119,000 year
