Technical Lead – Contract

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Louisville, KY
. You will bring deep hands‑on expertise in the Workato and Reltio Integration Hub platforms, a core qualification for leading high‑efficiency integration architecture.

$56/hour to $64/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Serve as the SME for Workato and/or Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), defining integration architecture standards, security frameworks, and end‑to‑end recipe strategy.
• Design, develop, and deploy high‑efficiency recipes using batch action patterns to maximize throughput and reduce task consumption.
• Lead REST/SOAP API integrations, Webhooks, and OAuth‑based authentication while ensuring robust data mapping, transformation, and RDM alignment.
• Build and orchestrate real‑time and scheduled ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring high‑fidelity data movement into MDM Golden Records.
• Oversee monitoring, error handling, logging, and performance optimization using centralized dashboards and automated recovery logic.
• Provide architectural guidance, mentor team members, and drive technical decision‑making to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8–10 years of experience in integration engineering, MDM integrations, or automation platforms such as Workato or Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
• Proven, hands‑on expertise in Workato and/or RIH architecture with demonstrated ability to design high‑efficiency recipes and reusable integration components.
• Strong experience leading API integrations (REST/SOAP, Webhooks, OAuth) and executing complex data transformations using JSON, XML, and advanced recipe logic.
