Technical Program Manager

Our client, a leader in the restaurant and retail industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Technology department supporting large-scale deployment programs across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Remote

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Byte Back of House (BOH) deployment programs, from planning through go-live and stabilization
• Coordinate across multiple teams including Technology, Restaurant Operations, Finance, Security, Legal, Franchise partners, and external vendors
• Drive comprehensive program plans covering software, hardware, integrations, network readiness, training, and cutover activities
• Identify potential risks early, manage dependencies, and ensure continuous progress of complex programs
• Adapt deployment strategies to regional and market-specific needs while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles within enterprise environments
• Proven success managing large, complex technology deployments across multiple regions
• Strong technical fluency across software systems, integrations, and infrastructure
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
