IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the business operationally, especially at pack stations which include mini PCs, printers, and scanners
• Responsible for troubleshooting these stations and providing training on internal systems
• Must understand the business and be able to communicate effectively with lead teams, including the onsite General Manager
• Will spend a majority of the day interacting with internal customers
• Maintaining printers such as zebra, dymo, HP, Brothers, and others

• Familiarity with printers and scanners, especially Zebra devices, is a strong plus
• Must have basic network knowledge—not necessarily building networks from scratch, but able to support existing infrastructure (e.g., adds, moves, network drops)
• Experience with Ubiquiti systems is highly desirable, including Unifi and Open Path (used for entry access and infrastructure)
• Will support entry access systems from a software perspective, including assigning access cards
• Vendor management or maintaining vendor relationships is helpful

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
