Epicor Administrator

Insight Global is seeking an Epicor Administrator who will manage, support, and optimize the Epicor Kinetic ERP system across the organization. This role oversees system configurations, user permissions, security settings, patches, and upgrades while ensuring maximum uptime and performance. The administrator will provide daily end‑user support, troubleshoot issues, and serve as the primary ERP point of contact, leveraging excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail to resolve complex system issues.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to train users and work effectively across departments. Responsibilities include developing customizations, integrating new modules, enhancing workflows, and collaborating with IT and department leaders to improve processes. The role will also create and maintain documentation, training materials, reports, dashboards, and system audits. Additionally, the Epicor Administrator will lead or participate in ERP‑related projects, conduct system testing, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement within the ERP environment.

• 3+ years of experience as an ERP/Epicor Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of ERP system configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and support.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, database management, system performance monitoring, and integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and ERP enhancements simultaneously.
