Test Lead​/Senior Tester

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead / Sr. Tester with experience in testing cloud data solutions, particularly in Azure environments.

The ideal candidate will lead quality assurance efforts, guide the team on SDLC testing best practices, and own the creation and execution of test cases, automation, and overall testing strategy for project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the QA and testing lead for the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases aligned with project requirements.
• Perform web services testing using tools like Postman.
• Conduct SQL-based data validation and testing.
• Lead testing efforts for .NET applications.
• Guide the team on SDLC testing best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Utilize qTest for test management and reporting.
• Collaborate with development and Dev Ops teams to support CI/CD processes using Azure build and release pipelines.
• Drive test automation initiatives and continuous improvement in testing practices.

• 5+ years of experience in creating test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with qTest and Postman for web services testing.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
• 5+ years of experience testing .NET applications.
• Exposure to Dev Ops and CI/CD practices, especially in Azure environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience in cloud data testing, particularly in Azure.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior testers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
