As Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) - Digital Health & Clinical Applications
, you will lead the end-to-end product management of Silent Cloud
, Sonova's digital health platform supporting Tinnitus patients and healthcare professionals through mobile and web-based solutions. You will work closely with software engineering, clinical, regulatory and marketing teams to scale the platform, shape differentiated user experiences and improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes. about the role
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Silent Cloud across patient apps and professional web portals
- Translate user, clinical, regulatory and stakeholder needs into compelling product features, priorities and business cases
- Drive end-to-end customer journey design, UX/UI optimization, conversion rate optimization and funnel performance
- Lead product launches from new releases
- Define and execute localization strategies to ensure regulatory, cultural and clinical relevance across regions
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Privacy, Quality, Marketing, Sales and external partners
- Define KPIs, monitor performance and generate insights to continuously improve adoption, outcomes and business impact
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Health Tech, Engineering, Computer Science, Business or Audiology);
Master's or MBA preferred - 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within digital health, health-tech, regulated software or medical devices
- Strong customer-centric product mindset with hands-on experience in UX, CRO and multi-market localization
- Solid understanding of regulatory and data privacy requirements for digital health applications is a strong plus
- Proven ability to translate complex clinical and business requirements into actionable product solutions
- Excellent communication skills in English;
German is a strong advantage - Self-driven, structured and comfortable working independently in cross-functional, international environments
