About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Director, Digital Marketing to lead and scale our digital ecosystem across a nationwide network of physical therapy clinics. This role is responsible for driving patient acquisition and engagement through best‑in‑class websites, SEO, paid media, email marketing, content, and an optimized digital patient experience.
OverviewThis leader will oversee 50+ partner brand websites, manage a high‑performing team, and partner closely with partner brand leadership to ensure digital efforts directly support clinic growth and access to care.

This is an in‑office position based in Louisville, KY.
Starting Pay $135,000.
What You’ll Do- Lead the digital marketing strategy that drives patient demand, conversion, and clinic‑level growth.
- Oversee the management, optimization, and governance of 50+ websites, ensuring strong UX, performance, accessibility, and compliance.
- Lead SEO and local search strategy to maximize visibility and appointment demand across markets.
- Lead paid media strategy and optimization across search, social, and display channels.
- Oversee email marketing and content strategies that support acquisition, retention, and patient education.
- Establish and track performance metrics including traffic, conversion, CPA, appointment volume, and ROI.
- Lead, develop, and scale a high‑performing digital marketing team.
- Manage agency and vendor partners to extend capabilities and drive results.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, clinical, brand, IT, and analytics teams.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 8‑12+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, physical therapy, or multi‑site consumer services.
- Proven experience managing large, multi‑website environments.
- Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, email marketing, content, and conversion optimization.
- Strong understanding of local market and patient acquisition marketing.
- Experience leading and developing teams in a growth‑oriented environment.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance, privacy, and accessibility standards a plus.
