This is a remote role for candidates based in US.

The Mulesoft Platform Admin will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Mule Soft platform ensuring seamless integration across systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Mule Soft Platform Admin and Mule Soft Integration with a focus on enhancing system performance and reliability. The position offers a hybrid work model allowing flexibility while maintaining productivity.

• Manage and optimize the Mule Soft platform to ensure seamless integration across various systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration solutions that meet business requirements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and system configurations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on Mule Soft-related queries.
• Implement best practices for Mule Soft platform administration to enhance system efficiency.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all integration activities.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the integration capabilities of the Mule Soft platform.
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of Mule Soft integration processes.
• Contribute to the development of strategic plans for system integration and platform enhancements.

• Possess extensive experience in Mule Soft Platform Admin and Mule Soft Integration demonstrating a strong technical acumen.
• Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in system integration and platform administration.
• Exhibit proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions that align with business objectives.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Show capability in maintaining detailed documentation for integration processes and system configurations.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Have a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

The annual salary for this role is between $75,000/year - $90,000/year and depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
