Epic Analyst

Position Overview:

The Epic Analyst will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Healthy Planet and Compass Rose modules within our Epic system. This role requires a deep understanding of care management processes and experience in implementing and supporting these modules to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

• Configure and maintain the Healthy Planet and Compass Rose modules in Epic.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand their needs and translate them into system configurations.
• Develop and implement workflows, templates, and reports to support care management initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to module functionality and performance.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on module functionalities and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Epic releases and enhancements, and implement necessary updates.
• Participate in project planning and execution for module upgrades and new implementations.

• Bachelor's degree
• Epic certification in Healthy Planet and Compass Rose modules.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in configuring and supporting Epic modules, with a focus on Healthy Planet and Compass Rose.

Ability travel onsite to Louisville KY one week a month Health plan experience in the health insurance/payer industry
