At GE Appliances, a Haier company, we’re seeking a collaborative and analytical Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Supply Chain Digital Technology team. In this role, you’ll lead efforts to translate business needs into technical solutions, influencing design decisions, technology direction, and implementation timelines that drive the success of our Oracle ERP ecosystem.

• Lead requirements gathering for the digitalization and enhancement of our Oracle ERP system within the Supply Chain Management function, including BOM, planning, material flow, and manufacturing integration.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for ERP business users within the Supply Chain Materials domain.
• Support factory master plans and key digital supply chain Hoshin projects.
• Identify capability gaps between existing functionality and new business processes, recommending scalable and efficient solutions.
• Facilitate the capture and adoption of best practices across Supply Chain Materials through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Partner across business and technical teams—including development, reporting/data analytics, and operations—to align priorities and deliver business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to design and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Solve complex business challenges through root cause analysis and drive systemic improvements.
• Promote continuous improvement and digital transformation within the Supply Chain organization.
• Coach and train business users and project teams on ERP best practices and system enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
• 5 years of Oracle EBS R12 experience in the BOM and Planning areas.
• 5 years of customer-facing business analyst experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to navigate complex situations, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Skilled at facilitating consensus among diverse groups and stakeholders.
• Experience conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Business Process modeling.
• Proficiency with SQL queries and Oracle module base tables for data validation and reporting.

• Experience with task management tools such as Jira, Service Now, or Smartsheet.
• Integration platform experience, such as Mule Soft.
• Formal project management experience.
• Previous experience with AI-related projects.
