Data Analyst, Data Scientist
The IBM Data Power Developer role involves standardizing quality assurance procedures for software development, overseeing testing and debugging, and developing fixes. The candidate will research complaints, make necessary adjustments or recommendations to resolve complex software issues, and understand departmental, segment, and organizational strategies, including their linkages to related areas. The role requires making decisions regarding work methods, sometimes in ambiguous situations, with minimal guidance and following established guidelines and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in IBM Data Power Development and Administration activities
- Experience in systems analysis and Data Power Operations Dashboard (DPOD) is a plus
- Passion for contributing to continuous improvement in consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Hands-on experience with Data Power configurations, XML Managers, Front Side Handlers, Multi-protocol Gateways, and Web Services
- Experience with Data Power MQ is advantageous
- Experience with .NET Web Services, WCF, and C# is advantageous
