Education And Experience »

• Have 2-3 YRS experience IT support experience, corporate environment preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune & Auto-Pilot is preferred.
• Experience working in-person with clients.
• Experience with administration of Active Directory, Exchange, and 0365 Suite.
• Experience supporting Windows 10 & iOS devices.
• Understand the requirements and demand of ExT and other VIP clients.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

What You’ll Do



Job Responsibilities :

Scope Of Responsibilities In Replacing Computers Includes (not Limited)

• Gathering requirements directly from our clients/users and their current computers.
• Imaging new computers using Auto Pilot.
• Installing application.
• Transferring required data/profile.
• Deploying the new computer to the user.
• Post deployment support and troubleshooting.
• Retrieving older computers from the users.
• Documenting system information, condition of the older units.

Scope Of Responsibilities In Replacing IPhones Includes (not Limited)

• Working with clients to back up their data (If required).
• Setting up new iPhones.
• Restoring/Transferring data to new iPhone.
• Setting up client company profile for the user in their new iPhone.
• Help setting up some of the required business apps.
• Retrieve older iPhones from clients after resetting to factory defaults.
• Documenting old iPhone information and condition.
