SAP Manufacturing Workstream Manager – Aerospace & Defense

Our SAP practice drives innovation using design thinking, agile, and the latest SAP technologies for automation and AI, helping clients gain proactive, predictive, and productive advantages.

• Engage with client executives on business challenges and the potential value of SAP solutions.
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business case development, roadmaps, and client presentations.
• Architect end‑to‑end solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom applications, and partner add‑ons.
• Advise, design, and deliver solutions using the latest industry best practices and embedded innovation.
• Lead small teams to achieve transformational roadmaps on‑site with clients or within Accenture.>
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, teams, and leadership.
• Build thought leadership assets and best practices to develop the next level of transformation experts.

• Minimum 7 years of experience and proven technical and functional skills with SAP Manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading SAP projects for Aerospace & Defense clients, including workshops, design decisions, system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go‑live.
• Minimum 2 end‑to‑end SAP S/4 implementations, including planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Aerospace & Defense clients.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model.

Prior advisory/consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12‑year work experience);
  Associate’s degree requires equivalent 6‑year experience.

Travel may be required, ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.

Compensation varies by location and role. Salary ranges are provided for major offices, but specific amounts depend on experience, location, and other factors.
