The Output Management Specialist (OMS Analyst) is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the processes related to the generation, management, and distribution of business‑critical documents and outputs.

• Plan and execute projects independently, taking priorities and requirements into account.
• Develop and implement IT solutions in collaboration with departments, considering overall architecture and strategy.
• Define specifications for developments related to the project.
• Consult other departments on IT‑related matters and problems.
• Document processes for team collaboration.
• Accurately follow documented processes and procedures.
• Continuously develop personal expertise.
• Travel as business needs dictate.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Programming experience in an object‑oriented language (e.g., ABAP/OO, Java).
• Experience in shaping printer forms.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to work in a team.
• Customer/client‑focused soft skills.
• Knowledge of current OMS products (preferred).
• 2+ years of SAP development (ABAP/4, ABAP OO, interfaces to Interactive Forms, function block design and implementation, document layout) (preferred).
• Experience with ITIL and Dev Ops concepts and practical application desirable.
• Project management skills helpful (e.g., Prince2, Scrum).
• Experience with SAP modules SD/WM (preferred).
• Ability to commute/relocate to Louisville, KY.
