. ADP is hiring a Country Solution Architect. The Architect is responsible for product development and maintenance for a portfolio of one or more Global View countries. Responsibility is focused on the activities related to technical analysis and design, configuration, and testing, using defined processes to make enhancements and corrections to functionality based on submitted issues and approved business requirements. This role requires significant technical expertise of SAP payroll and practical knowledge of Global View processes and standards, with potential expansion into country-specific topics related to time, HR, and ESS over time.

• Provide technical analysis and design of technical solutions for identified problems and approved enhancements for a portfolio of assigned countries.
• Manage own project activities on a daily basis to ensure on-time completion of committed deliverables.
• Adhere to standards for process and methodology, analysis and design, configuration and testing, and documentation in all work activities.
• Collaborate with Country Solution Managers to optimize functionality that is feature-rich, easily implemented and maintained, highly usable, and aligned with timelines and local regulations and best practices. Communicate project status regularly and address potential roadblocks proactively.
• Educate internal resources on the technical aspects of developments and fixes through formal training, documentation, and ad hoc communications.
• Provide a single point of ownership for all technical details for a portfolio of assigned countries.

  The role does not have direct reports.
• Demonstrate SAP technical expertise in analysis, design, configuration, and testing for payroll functionality for one or more countries, with progression to higher levels (see Qualifications).

• SAP payroll design, configuration, and testing experience for one or more countries;
  Level II and Level III distinctions describe increasing years of experience and scope (Level II typically up to 10 years for two or more countries;
  Level III typically more than 10 years for three or four countries with edge skills in SAP time management, HR, and/or Self Service).
• Ability to function independently based on functional specifications and project direction; experience coaching others in the Product Development Team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to work with peers in the Country Solution Manager role and other organizational levels.

• Effective written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus for some countries.
• Appreciation of cultural nuances and their impact on communication.
• Ability to adapt to evolving processes, tools, and team structure.
• Ability to adhere to processes and guidance and make sound decisions under ambiguity.
• Learning agility; SAP US Payroll expertise; knowledge of U.S. tax regulations.
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and collaborative, owner mindset.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include bonuses, equity, or commissions. The compensation range shown is USD $79,800.00 - $ per year.
