IT Business Consultant

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Consultant to drive enterprise adoption of technical capabilities and serve as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders.

This role involves translating complex technology solutions into user-focused narratives, developing marketing materials, and promoting new technical solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate will collect and analyze user feedback, conduct surveys, and provide actionable recommendations to improve adoption and enhance the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

• Develop and deliver engaging presentations and marketing materials to promote IT capabilities and solutions.
• Analyze, measure, and drive adoption of data governance technical products and services across the enterprise.
• Collect, analyze, and present user feedback and survey data to inform strategic improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with business units and stakeholders to support adoption and collaboration.
• Monitor and report on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and implement initiatives to drive improvement.
• Operate independently within established guidelines, exercising judgment in ambiguous situations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Proven experience in analyzing and presenting data and user feedback.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience.
• Demonstrated passion for enhancing user experiences and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
