As a Recruiter at Arvato, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our growing teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles. This position goes beyond filling requisitions — you’ll partner directly with hiring managers to understand business needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and guide the selection process with best-in-class hiring practices. You’ll also take ownership of candidate experience from first contact to offer, acting as a brand ambassador while promoting Arvato's culture and values.

- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interviewers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and organizational culture to identify ideal candidates.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection, ensuring a consistent and efficient process.
- Assist in developing job descriptions, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and compelling to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing feedback and ensuring transparency, regardless of hiring decisions.
- Assist in promoting the company brand through social media, job boards, career fairs, and other recruitment marketing activities.
- Track and maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in People Net.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports and market data to leadership to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Stay informed about trends in the job market, industry-specific talent pools, and competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within logistics and supply chain or related industry.
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for all positions including hourly, exempt, and general warehouse labor.
- Strong knowledge of and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, job market trends, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- 1+ years of high volume recruiting experience preferred.
