Overview
The Human Resources Generalist role provides comprehensive HR support across various functions. Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, this position executes HR programs, policies, and procedures to foster a positive work environment and support organizational objectives.
What You’ll Do- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departures.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries related to benefits eligibility, enrollment, and claims.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and promote a positive work culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with Workday
