Position SummaryOur client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Shared Services Specialist for their corporate office who will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, efficient HR support within a very high-volume shared services environment. This role serves as a lead resource across multiple HR functional areas working closely with other Shared Services team members to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely service delivery.
The ideal candidate is a confident, collaborative communicator with strong systems expertise, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Tier II end-to-end HR Shared Services support in a high-volume environment
- Serve as a key point of contact for escalated employee and manager inquiries related to:
- Payroll
- Leave management
- Utilize Service Now to manage cases, workflows, documentation, and service delivery
- Act as an administrator for internal internet/intranet HR Shared Services documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and update HR knowledge base content and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate closely with other Shared Services team members to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Apply strong systems knowledge to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and enhance efficiency
- Demonstrate flexibility by managing multiple priorities and adjusting quickly to changing business needs
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume Human Resources Shared Services role
- Service Now experience required
; other SS platforms will not be considered - Strong understanding of core HR functions including benefits, payroll, recruiting, and leave management
- Proven experience working with HR systems and technology platforms
- Confident, professional, and collaborative communication style
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working as part of a shared services team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
