Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HRIS Analyst:
Provide hands‑on support for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Learning Management System (LMS). Address and resolve daily user requests and system‑related issues through phone and email communication. Conduct research to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently. Perform scheduled activities, including mass updates, to ensure system accuracy and functionality. Engage in a collaborative team environment to support the overall HR systems strategy.
RequiredSkills for HRIS Analyst:
Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HRIS support roles. Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal users. Ability to work onsite in Louisville, KY.
