As our Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you'll oversee our F&B outlets with a passion for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. You'll manage Room Service, Lounge, and Banquets while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs, all while working towards improving sales revenues. This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Manage financial aspects of the department, including payroll and budgeting, to meet and exceed targets. - Technical Proficiency

Utilize Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tools for effective management and reporting. - Supervisory Skills
:
Motivate, coach, and performance manage F&B personnel, ensuring compliance with the company standards and procedures.
- Experience:5yearsofprogressiveexperienceinahotelorrelatedfield, Supervisory experience preferred
- Education: Prefera2-yearcollegedegreewith3ormoreyearsofrelatedexperience,ora4-yearcollegedegreewithatleast1yearofrelatedexperience.
- Attributes: Must be proficient in handling stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
- Additional Requirements: Certifications may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
